We aim to use as many bio-friendly products as we can with our services. Meaning we choose products that are friendly for you, your home, pets and children. Products that are efficient in cleaning but are safe to breathe in and safe to flush down.

We treat every home with care and respect. In the rare event that something gets damaged, you'll be the first to know — and we’ll take full responsibility, including reimbursement if needed.

To help prevent accidents, we always appreciate a heads-up about any delicate or valuable items. You’re also welcome to tuck them away in a secure spot before we arrive.

No! It's up to you. Some clients like to be home, others give us access and go about their day. 

We love when clients help us help them! We aim to send a list 12 hours before with advice and tips as to how to get the best clean for your home. 

Some items may include, keeping a minimal amount of objects on the counter, clearing off office desks of papers, leaving clean sheets out to make the bed with...

Absolutely. Every home is different — we tailor our services based on what you need. If there are additional tasks, or certain problem spots you would like us to focus one, let us know and we'll be ready for the challenge.
